We are now seeking a practical and solution-oriented employee who wants to help develop the business together with us.

About the position

The role is broad and varied with significant personal responsibility. You will work both independently and in a team across different parts of the business.

The main tasks include:

• Work and planning within crop farming/agriculture
• Driving and maintenance of agricultural machinery
• Tree felling, clearing, and nature conservation assignments
• Maintenance and service of machinery and equipment
• Maintenance of nature grazing lands
• Property and building maintenance
• Some animal supervision

The work is based at Flättna Gård outside Nyköping, but daily travel within Södermanland occurs.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• Machinery experience
• At least upper secondary education
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Experience from farming, contracting, or similar operations

Merits

• Off-road vehicle operator's certificate
• Chainsaw operator's license
• Driver's license categories beyond B
• Experience in tree felling and clearing work
• Experience in fence installation, preferably in nature grazing lands
• Experience in crop farming or agricultural operations
• Workshop experience and experience in servicing, maintaining, and performing simple repairs on agricultural machinery
• Skills in welding, hydraulics, lubrication, and routine machinery maintenance
